Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all services provided by [LEGAL NAME e.g. Web Build Pro Ltd] (“Web Build Pro”, “we”, “us”), [COMPANY INFO]. By signing up for a service you agree to these terms. Your written quote or order confirmation sets out the specific services, prices and timescales for your project.

1. Monthly plans

Monthly plans are paid in advance by card through our payment provider, Stripe.

Hands-Free Starter Pack (£99/month)

• The minimum term is 6 months.
• After the minimum term, the plan continues month to month. Cancellation: [NOTICE PERIOD after the 6 months — e.g. cancel any time].
• If a payment isn't made, the website is cancelled and taken offline.

Google Ranking Plan (£60/month)

• There is no minimum term. You can cancel at any time during the month.
• When you cancel, we stop updating your Google Business Profile.

We may review prices once a year and will give you at least [X] days' notice of any change.

2. Ownership

Hands-Free Starter Pack: Once you've paid for 6 months, the website is yours. If the subscription isn't paid, the website is cancelled and taken offline.

Content you supply (text, photos, logos) remains yours. Your domain name is registered in [YOUR NAME / OUR NAME — TODO].

3. One-off projects

• Prices and payment stages are agreed in writing before work starts.
• A £50 deposit is payable when you go ahead. It covers registering your domain name. [TODO: refundable or not, and whether it comes off the final price]
• Ownership of the finished website passes to you once the final invoice is paid.
• Up to [X] rounds of revisions are included; extra changes are quoted separately.

4. NFC review card orders

• Cards ordered on their own cost £19.99 each and are paid for online at checkout before we make them.
• You give us your delivery address and Google review link at checkout. Please check the link is correct — the card opens whatever link you provide.
• We programme and dispatch your card within 5 working days of payment. Postage: Free UK delivery.
• Returns: Each card is programmed with your own review link, so it's made to order and can't be returned unless it's faulty. Faulty cards are replaced free of charge. Because cards are personalised, the usual 14-day right to cancel online orders doesn't apply. This doesn't affect your statutory rights for faulty goods.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, content and access we need in good time.
• Make sure you have the right to use any content you send us.
• Keep your contact and billing details up to date.

6. Search rankings and results

We work hard to improve your visibility, but no one can guarantee specific Google rankings, review numbers or sales, as these depend on factors outside our control.

7. Liability

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
